Sheng Wang

Taipei born, Houston raised and New York based, Sheng Wang performs comedy inspired by personal experiences with intense honesty and ill logic. He is the recipient of the "Dan Crawford Scholarship" award from the SF Punch-line and is featured in the second season of "Live from Gotham" on Comedy Central. He toured colleges as part of the American Eagle Campus Comedy Challenge Tour and appeared at Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival.  He also worked on a documentary called “Comedy Aint for the Money”. In 2011, Sheng won the NBC Stand-Up for Diversity showcase and was awarded an NBC talent deal. Most recently, Sheng’s half hour special premiered on Comedy Central in February 2011.
